The Hatsan BTS 12 is a bullpup smoothbore semi-automatic rifle. Such a layout allows you to reduce the dimensions of the weapon, as well as shift the balance from the barrel closer to the butt.
Reloading of weapons is carried out thanks to the gas removal system. One of the features of this model is the possibility of repositioning the shutter release handle to the right or left side.
There is a fuse and a shutter delay.
The barrel is made of aluminum alloy, and the butt, stock and lower receiver are made of plastic, thanks to which it was possible to reduce the total weight of the product to 3.6 kg.
The rifle has a modular design, which makes it easy to disassemble for cleaning and maintenance.
The upper part of the stock is supplemented with a Weaver/Picatinny bar, on which, if necessary, it is possible to install aiming devices. The forend also has side bars for mounting various accessories.
The stock has the ability to adjust the height of the cheek, there is a slot for a quick-release QD-butt.
For convenience during transportation, the rifle is supplemented with a handle with an integrated dioptric sight and front sight.
The rifle is delivered in a convenient case together with 3 magazines: for 2, 5 and 10 cartridges and a set of chokes.
